Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Thesvanta Labs (the "Service"), operated by Calloc Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By submitting a request or creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

We design and build student, academic and research projects to the requirements you provide, with technical documentation, and optionally a project report, presentation or research paper draft as listed on the Pricing page.

2. Requests, review and quotes

Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation. We review feasibility and may ask questions or request documents. A quote states the price, add-ons, advance amount and expected completion date. A quote only becomes an agreement when you approve it in your dashboard.

3. Payments

Payment is made by UPI to the account shown in your dashboard: an advance after you approve the quote, and the balance when the project is ready. Work begins after we verify the advance. Delivery files are released after the final payment is verified. Always upload a clear payment screenshot; we may reject a payment we cannot match to our account.

4. Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel before approving a quote at no cost. After the advance is paid, work begins and the advance covers effort already committed; if we are unable to deliver what was quoted, we will refund the amount paid for undelivered work. Contact us through the dashboard chat for any dispute and we will resolve it in good faith.

5. Timelines

The expected completion date in your quote is our good-faith estimate. Delays caused by late documents, changed requirements or unavailable components may move it; we will tell you in the dashboard.

6. Changes to scope

Changes beyond the approved requirements may change the price or date and will be agreed in the chat before work continues.

7. Ownership and use

On full payment, you receive the deliverables for your own academic or research use. We keep the right to reuse general, non-confidential techniques and components. You are responsible for following your institution's rules on how project work is prepared and submitted, and for understanding and being able to explain your own project.

8. No guarantees of outcome

We deliver the project as described in your quote but cannot guarantee grades, evaluations, or acceptance of a research paper by any journal or conference.

9. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and documents, keep your account secure, and do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected project.
