Thesvanta Labs is operated by Calloc Technologies Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Service and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
- Request details: project descriptions, college, deadlines and the documents you upload.
- Payment proofs: screenshots and UTR numbers you submit so we can verify UPI payments.
- Messages you exchange with us in the dashboard chat.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser) used to keep the Service secure.
How we use it
To review and deliver your project, communicate with you by email and dashboard, verify payments, prevent abuse and improve the Service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your project ideas or documents for anything other than your request.
The AI assistant
Messages you type into the feasibility assistant are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies. Don't include passwords or sensitive personal information in the chat.
Storage and access
Data is stored with our cloud providers. Uploaded files are private to your request and available only to you and our team via short-lived links. We email you about activity on your requests.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account data by writing to officecalloc@gmail.com. Some records (such as payment confirmations) may be kept as required for accounting.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for the light/dark theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
